How do we book our wedding date?
You may reserve your wedding date by placing a non-refundable booking fee of $850 and signing our wedding agreement. The booking fee will be applied toward your selected products and services. We regret that we cannot guarantee or reserve your wedding date until you have signed an agreement and paid the booking fee. If you are in the process of making a decision and someone else inquires about your date, we will always let you know first that another couple is interested in your event date.
What happens after our wedding day?
Approximately 4 weeks after your wedding day you will receive an email or a call with a link to your private online event gallery along with a password to access your images.
What is your payment policy?
After your deposit has been applied, the balance is due in three installments divided evenly with the final payment due 30-days prior to your wedding date. All other orders will require payment in full. A $35 late charge will apply to returned checks and payments not received by the close of business on the due date.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience we gladly accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card and American Express. If paying with a check please make it payable to, Open Image Studio.
Do I get copies of the digital files?
Yes, high resolution files are included in most of our collections. You may also purchase the files separately for a nominal fee or take an additional 50% off when purchased with a collection that does not include the files. A limited usage license agreement will be provided for print reproductions. The files will be delivered on either CD/DVD or Flash Drive with your wedding album.
What is your copyright policy?
All images are protected by Federal and International copyright laws. Professional images may not be downloaded, copied, scanned or reproduced in any manner without first obtaining the written consent of Open Image Studio LLC.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should your wedding day plans change and you are able to reschedule to another date, $850 re-booking fee will be required and due immediately. Should you attempt to reschedule to a date not available or completely cancel your event, a $1,200 cancellation fee will be due immediately and all payments made are non-refundable. Cancellations must be provided in writing.
