A boy can dream . right?

It doesn’t matter how much the world around us change, the bond between a man and his machine will always remain constant.  A couple of weekends ago my brother and I made a trip to Detroit for their annual International Auto Show.  Though the end goal was to see the most anticipated 2010 Ford Mustang, I think this trip was an opportunity for Pitt and I do what we always do best – chat about art, design, photography, business, family, technology, and oh yea – fast cars.  So with that, “can’t wait to see it,” feeling -  we left for what felt like a six hour trip in the treacherous roads to Michigan.  We arrived and were greeted with snow that fell like curtains of bad dandruff.  The show was amazing and it was incredible to see all the new technologies that are awaiting us for the years to come.  I can’t even imagine what our children will be driving in the future.  At any rate, we spent a few hours at the show with “wow man, that was awesome,” to – “Holy sh*t, are you kidding me, how’d they build that?” Then, it was off to see the grand finale – the 2010 Ford Mustang GT500.  Built Ford Tough is an understatement – this car is remarkable.  “This is it!” Pitt says, “this is the one.“  Finally, the car he’s been waiting for.  I’m so proud that he’s been able to save up for something he’s totally dreamt about since he was a young’n.  My fave is the new concept VW bluesport.  Can’t wait to see this little thing soon . . .

Open Image Studio - When it’s reality I’ll be the first in line for a ride for sure.

Pitt - Dreams are what let us know we are asleep. Dreams are what keeps us awake and gives reasons to live. Reasons why we leave our loved ones in the morning everyday to go to work. So I can only hope this dream will be my reality. Stay tuned my friends…
